3 rounds + 4 pushups. Really enjoyed this series of movements. Felt really good about my wall squats specifically.

3 rounds. Doing this with Becky was super fun. We were moving at just the right pace together – not dying, but not being lazy about the workout, either. The FC was definitely the hardest part.
