15 cal AD
5 pushups
10 ft. wt. situps
10 back ext.
2 rounds + 6 back ext. Kept a good constant pace. Can’t do pushups as easily as I used to – my arms just felt weaker.

1 wall walk
2 pullups, strict
10 KB swings (35#)
15 cal AD
Three rounds exactly. Wall walks are fucking hellish. Even the KB swings were a little difficult.
