Custom CrossFit Programming: Sunday, 11/16/14

10min Row @ 80%
@ 3,6,9min marks get off rower and complete 3 strict pullups, 5 pushups, 10 situps, 10 walking lunges
Was at around 2:35 average split. Felt pretty queasy.
rest\walk 3min
8sets – 20sec AMRAP Airsqusts, rest 2:00
1. 13
2. 17
3. 16
Had to stop at set 4 since my right upper leg completely cramped up two squats in. Some painful foam rolling took care of it but still bothered me afterwards
10min walk cool down or 5min row if too cold out:)
Did not do this.
