A. 3 Position Snatch, 3 sets, 90sec rest, build

53×1 – Failed the last position in this set. Was feeling super nauseous. Need to eat more before class.
53×1 – Ditto.


B. Snatch Pull, 3×3, rest 90sec, build

103×3
103×3 – Heavy, but felt like I nailed the movement. I like pulls! I think I’ve said that before.


C. HBBS @ 32X2, 4 x 3-4, rest 2:30

83×4
103×4
123×3


3 sets – tough effort
5 Burpees
10 KBS – you choose – tough weight (35#)
100m Run or 200m Row – 90-95% (did the row)
rest 4min
Time: 5:40
Altered this so that I went through all three sets non-stop at around 70-80%.
