Was expecting to go a bit heavier than this but I was getting really dizzy after my 3rd rep when I hit 143#, so I kept it on the lighter side (though it was still pretty damn heavy).


3 sets
5 Kipping Pullups
3-4 Thrusters – heavy
15sec AD – all out
rest 5min
1) 1:04, 73# – Did it wrong
2) 1:07, 78# – Did it wrong
3) 1:06, 83# – Did it right
Okay, I totally fucked this one up and did 15 CALORIES instead of 15 seconds for the first two rounds. Idiot. Was completely wiped out and had to lay around for 45 minutes to recover. Felt horribly nauseous – even worse than my worst bout of prowler flu. Didn’t think that was possible.
