103×2 – Stomach/abs started feeling uncomfortably tight during descent. This is the first time I’ve ever felt tightness in my stomach/abs during a lift – and during squats, of all things.

Set 3: 133#
Set 4: 138# – SO heavy! Tightness was long gone by now.


B. C&J, 4 x 1, rest 2min
