40yd Prowler – High Handles Out, Low Handles Back (140\90)
200m Sandbag Run (50\25)
20 Walking Lunges w\ Sandbag (50\25) (anyway)
200m Sandbag Run (50\25)
40yd Prowler – High Handles Out, Low Handles Back (140\90)

214 seconds! That second prowler push was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Thankfully I avoided full-on prowler flu and only received light symptoms.
